Our meeting on 20th October sees Simon Toogood speaking to the society with a presentation about the atmosphere of Jupiter.

He is a Phd research student at Leicester University and is studying the Atmospheres of Jupiter using the JWST’s imaging and spectra instruments. His talk is on what he has found and the anatomy of this gas giant we see most winter nights.
