The innermost planet Mercury is currently putting on it's best apparition in the evening sky for 2024.
You can locate it low above the western horizon during evening twilight although it fades noticeably by the end of March. Look to the lower right of the much brighter Jupiter.

Hi, folks! Here are some cool things to look out for in the night sky during March. Comet 12P/Pons-Brooks, which is now visible in telescopes and binoculars, may brighten to become visible to the naked eye throughout the first few weeks of March. Clear skies! #stargazing
