Observing Evenings

Observing sessions commence at 8pm and are held at the far end of the car park at Chelveston Village Hall and usually last through until 11pm (depending upon conditions).

Our observing evenings are held on clear Friday evenings from the 15th September 2023 through to the end of April 2024 (excepting a break over the Christmas and Easter holiday periods).

To confirm that weather conditions are expected to permit observing, please check either our Facebook or X accounts from 6pm on the evening for a ‘go or no go’ announcement.

Please note that we do not have use of the inside of the village hall on these evenings, therefore no facilities are available. Also ensure that you do to not make any attempt to enter the hall as there may be other groups using it.
