Events Diary - May to August 2013

This page lists all current events and Starnight Observing Sessions being hosted by the Nene Valley Astronomical Society in the months ahead.
Whilst we endevour to keep this list as up to date as possible, occasionally it maybe necessary for us to substitute a speaker or topic at short notice.

If you plan to attend our 'Starnight' Observing Sessions then we advise you to dress warmly and bring a suitable red light torch (white light ruins
the dark adaption of observers as well as degrading the views through a telescope).  Observing Sessions will only take place if the sky is clear or
conditions are likely to allow a reasonable chance of viewing.

Events are open to all and no pre-booking is required.  For any further details please contact the groups co-ordinator, Steve Williams on
01933 650331.
